How do I book?

To book a session, simply visit our Booking Page and fill out the contact form with your desired date, location, and type of session (e.g., portrait, wedding, event, etc.). After you submit your booking request, we will confirm availability and discuss the details of your session. Once we finalize everything, we’ll send over a contract and an invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date, and the balance is due before or on the day of the final delivery.

Do you require a deposit to book a session?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the session type, but typically it’s 50% of the total session fee.

What payment methods do you accept??

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, bank transfers and Klarna for easy, flexible payments. Klarna allows you to pay over time, making it simpler to manage your budget. Cash payments are also accepted in certain circumstances. Please let us know if you need any assistance with your payment method!

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for clients who prefer to split payments over time. If you choose to use Klarna, you can split your payments into 4 interest-free installments, or you can opt for longer financing terms depending on the purchase amount. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the prompts to choose your preferred plan.
We are also excited to announce that we are planning to add more "Pay Later" options before Summer 2025. Stay tuned for additional flexible payment plans that will make booking your photography sessions even more convenient. We’ll share updates as soon as they become available!

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in the heart of Bridgeport, Connecticut. We’re proud to be part of this vibrant, creative community and easily accessible from surrounding areas.

Do you offer travel for shoots?

Yes! We are available for travel, and we love destination photography. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and these will be discussed at the time of booking.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before the session. We will work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule, depending on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply in certain circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, but we do ask for advance notice if you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: You can cancel or reschedule your session without any additional fees. Your deposit will be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 6 months.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, a new deposit may be required.

No-shows or cancellations on the day of the session: If you do not show up for your session or cancel on the day of, the full session fee will be charged.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients. We're happy to work with you to reschedule your session, subject to availability.

Do you help with posing during the session?

Absolutely! One of the key aspects of our photography is making you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. During your session, we will guide you through poses and prompts to help you look your best.

How will I receive my final photos?

Once your photos are ready, we will send you an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.

Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your final edited photos within 1 weeks after your session. For weddings or larger events, the turnaround time may be longer, but we will keep you updated on the progress.

Do I get the RAW (unedited) photos from my session?

We do not provide RAW or unedited photos as part of our standard package. Only wedding packages get the raw photos. The RAW files are the original, unprocessed images directly from the camera, and they do not reflect the final look and feel of your session.

Can I request RAW files?: While we don’t typically offer RAW files, if you have a specific request or would like to discuss an exception, please reach out to us. We can discuss options, including providing a limited selection of RAW files for an additional fee. However, we strongly encourage you to experience the photos in their final, edited form for the best representation of your memories.
